They may enable core functionality such as Account authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, consent preferences, Account recovery, purchase entitlement checks, and access to secure areas of the Platform.

Maintain your login session after authentication, including OTP-based verification;
Remember that you have accepted applicable Terms, EULA, or required legal agreements;

If you connect your hipPitch Account with a third-party service such as Google or Microsoft, those providers may use their own cookies, SDKs, authentication tokens, or similar technologies.

Authenticate your identity;
Enable sign-in or Account linking;

Return authorized profile or Account information to hipPitch.

hipPitch does not control how independent third-party providers use their own technologies.
The Platform may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, hosting, communications, security, fraud prevention, customer support, moderation support, or other operational purposes.

hipPitch may receive transaction or subscription-related identifiers and status information from Apple or through Apple-supported mechanisms.

Transaction identifiers;
Subscription status;
Renewal status;
Expiration status;
Refund or revocation status;
Entitlement information.
hipPitch may use this information to:
Verify purchases;
Activate or remove Paid Plan access;
Restore eligible purchases;

Apple's independent use of cookies, device identifiers, App Store information, and other technologies is governed by Apple's own policies.

Provide marketing that may be more relevant to Users.

When a User reports or flags content, an Account, communication, or behavior, cookies or similar technologies may help us associate the report with relevant Platform activity, such as:

hipPitch will use Apple-provided tracking or advertising identifiers only where permitted by applicable law, Apple's applicable requirements, and the User's device settings or permissions.
Apple Account, App Store, and In-App Purchase functionality may continue to operate independently of advertising or tracking preferences where necessary to provide purchases, subscriptions, security, or entitlement services.
Where we use third-party analytics services, you may have options to limit or opt out of certain analytics collection through:
Cookie consent controls;
Browser settings;
Device privacy settings;
Settings offered by the applicable analytics provider;
Platform privacy settings where available.
Certain limited analytics or diagnostic information may still be processed where necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or essential service operation.

Purchase and Subscription Data: Transaction, subscription, and entitlement records may be retained as reasonably necessary for billing administration, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

The Platform is not intended for Users under the age of eighteen (18).
We do not knowingly use cookies or similar technologies to collect personal information from children under eighteen through the Platform.
